TNT Sports and Pixotope Transform Roland Garros Studio Coverage with Integrated AR Sponsorship

Advertising at Roland Garros just took a bold step forward. TNT Sports has elevated its French Open studio presentation by integrating sponsor branding directly into the broadcast using Pixotope’s Augmented Reality (AR) technology.

This innovative approach eliminates the need for disruptive commercial breaks. Instead, virtual sponsor graphics are seamlessly embedded into the studio environment—anchored in 3D space, responsive to live camera movement, and visually aligned with lighting and perspective.

To deliver this enhanced experience, TNT Sports collaborated with Pixotope’s French distributor, Post Logic, for on-site implementation of Pixotope’s hybrid Vision camera tracking system. The result: dynamic, real-time AR rendering of sponsor logos and graphic bumpers that feel like a natural part of the broadcast.
